We are currently planning an extraordinary 18-day Mediterranean adventure for a couple seeking both luxury and cultural immersion. Their journey will begin with three nights in a stunning lake view room on the picturesque shores of Lake Como, Italy. We’ve arranged private boat tours and exclusive dining experiences that will allow them to soak in the serene beauty and elegance of this iconic destination.

From Lake Como, they’ll travel by train to Florence, where they’ll spend two nights surrounded by Renaissance art and history. We’ve selected a boutique hotel in the heart of the city, ensuring they’ll be just steps away from Florence’s most famous landmarks and finest dining establishments. The next stop on their journey is Rome, where they’ll enjoy three nights in a luxurious hotel near the historic center. Their time in Rome will be filled with guided tours of ancient ruins, vibrant cultural experiences, and, of course, incredible Italian cuisine.

After exploring Italy, they’ll embark on the next phase of their adventure: an eight-day cruise through the enchanting Greek Isles. This part of the trip includes a special stop in Ephesus, Turkey, where they’ll explore ancient ruins that tell stories of a bygone era. We’ve handpicked a cruise itinerary that offers a perfect blend of relaxation and exploration, allowing them to experience the magic of the Mediterranean from a truly luxurious vantage point.

Their journey will conclude with three nights in Athens, staying in a five-star hotel with breathtaking views of the Acropolis. We’ve planned for them to enjoy private tours of the city’s most iconic sites, as well as some leisure time to explore Athens at their own pace.

Throughout the trip, they’ll be staying in carefully selected four and five-star accommodations, ensuring that every moment of their journey is steeped in comfort and elegance. Kelly made reservations for us at some of the best restaurants, especially Commander's Palace on my birthday, and let all the restaurants (and the hotel) know it was my birthday so I was treated to a few birthday surprises! She also worked to find us the tours we wanted -- cemetery, plantation, and Mardi Gras World -- as well as suggesting a few that we would have never thought of but were some of the best parts of the trip -- the swamp tour and the World War II museum.
